Yes, you may be required to pay customs and duties on orders over certain thresholds. Any associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and Garagepeppers cannot be held responsible for any additional charges, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.

If your returned item was a result of a Garagepeppers error or defective product, we are happy to replace the item with no additional cost to you, our loyal customer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Garagepeppers accepts all returns/exchanges within 14 days of original sale with proof of purchase and original packaging. The customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and shipment fees for each delivery attempt.
